Please read the following terms & conditions carefully in full, by purchasing from Cecilia Kang Couture, you acknowledge/disclaim that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

SHIPPING

Shipping Within New Zealand

Cecilia Kang Couture use NZ POST & Couriers within New Zealand.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

For rural areas, delivery is between 2-4 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please take note that all parcels sent from Cecilia Kang Couture require a signature on delivery, so you must provide us with a shipping address where someone will be at the location to sign the goods.

International + Australian Shipping

We ship to International countries including Australia via NZ Post & International Courier services.

Designated delivery time is approximately around 3-14 working days from dispatch.

Unfortunately once again, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Parcels being delivered internationally may be subject to import duties and/or customs charges when entering your country. 

Postal charge does not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. 

These charges will vary from country to country.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Cecilia Kang Couture return & refund policy lasts up to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 

- To be eligible for a return & refund see below for more information & details.

 

- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

 

- Items must be unused with tags still attached in an original condition

 

- Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on

 

- Unfortunately, we don’t refund any sale items.

 

-You will be refunded in your original form of payment

 

-We cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred.

We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return. 


- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's approved, your refund will be processed in an original method of payment. We will not accept goods that are worn or damaged after purchase. Items must have all tags attached (swing tags and care labels) and will undergo a quality check to ensure garments are unworn, unwashed or unaltered.

CURRENCY

All product prices indicated and payments made are in NZD dollar currency. All prices are GST inclusive.

The price you pay for goods ordered is the price specified on this website including gst (goods and services tax) which we are legally required to collect from you .
